You are invited to come and see a true example of all-ability sport. A fun day where everyone can get involved. Cheer on your local Counsellor or alternatively, cheer on the All-Ability BATS team in their quest to win the Moreton Bay Shield.

The highlight of the event is the contest for the Moreton Bay Sheild. Our local All-Ability cricket team is unique as it caters for players who have various disabilities and some who have no disability. All playing together in the one team. All working hard for each other as team mates often do.

On display in this match will be the unique, award-winning, and world famous, Beeping Cricket Ball. This ball has ben invented, designed and manufactured in Queensland.

Also on display is an electronic scoring system which in addition to automatically scoring the match, provides running audio score announcements, and provides umpire rulings live during the match.  This is an amazing invention made by another Queenslander. This system includes its own large LED scoreboard. The futuristic technology used in the system, will soon find its way into many different sports such as cricket, soccer, basketball, netball, hockey, rugby, and more.

Local business and a wide variety of community groups will have a stand on the day. Local Sports clubs will be there to encourage spectators to join with others and have a go at your preferred sport.
